Our burgers always consist of 2 carefully selected Zurich Prime Beef patties which are shaped on the grill with a stamper creating food magic!

This effect is called "The Maillard reaction": many small, simultaneous chemical reactions occur when proteins and sugars in food are transformed by heat, producing new flavors, aromas and colors.
